IZONE Industrial Park Development

The Selwyn District Council has accepted the Commissioners' recommendation to approve, with amendments, Plan Change 5: IZONE Industrial Park Development which rezones 56.3 hectares of land at Rolleston from Rural to Business 2.

Plan Change 5 has been amended accordingly and both the full text of the decision and the amended maps are available here or from:

Right of Appeal

Any person who has made a submission on Plan Change 5 may appeal the council’s decision to the Environment Court.  Such appeals must be in the prescribed form and lodged with the Environment Court within 30 working days of service of the date of this notice (which first appeared in the Press 12 April 2009) in accordance with Clause 14 of the First Schedule of the Resource Management Act 1991.
