Community Plan (LTCCP)

The budget describes the Council's work programme for the year from 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009, and gives a detailed breakdown of income and expenditure.

It is presented here in two parts.

Part 1 [PDF 3 MB] includes a contents page and a joint report by the Mayor and the Chief Executive.

Part 2 [PDF 1.8 MB] contains the body of the report, with detailed information on the work programme and finances.

Paper copies can be obtained from any Council office.
